About The Artist
A graduate of L. S. Raheja College of Applied Art, Mayur discovered his love for graphic design and illustration during his stint in advertising. Seeking inspiration from old houses, Irani cafes, historical monuments and everyday life, Mayur has been steadily building a body of work that is striking, insightful and irreverent in equal measure. Armed with a sketchbook, Mayur uses his long train rides around Mumbai as an opportunity to explore and refine his ideas. In his current role as Co-Founder of the design establishment BUNxPAV STUDIO, he has been part of breakthrough projects for clients like Google Allo, Snapchat and Electric Daisy Carnival. Mayur’s other interests include music, gardening and kickboxing.
