Gift Card T&C

  • Floating Canvas Company Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") can be used to subscribe or buy products on www.floatingcanvas.co

  • If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by any of the available payment methods.

  • If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions. To check outstanding balance, head to our Gift Cards page, click on the ‘Check Gift Card Balance’ link and enter your Gift Card number and PIN.

  • In the event that a purchase made with a Gift Card is returned, the original Gift Card will be credited.

  • Gift Cards stay valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.

  • Gift Cards once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

  • No Discount codes or Offers can be applied on the purchase of Gift Cards.

  • There is no fee or other charges associated with Gift Card purchase.

  • Gift Cards cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.

  • Gift Card reissuance/replacement can be offered for lost/stolen cards or wrong orders in case the amount is not used and after successful validation on a case-to-case basis.

  • Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold.

  • E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 24 hours.

  • Team Float Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the terms at its discretion without prior notice.

  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
