Service

What does this subscription service mean anyway?

Think of it as a rental. But with way more features and flexibility. You can choose the tenure (duration) that works out the best for you and the monthly subscription amount will be calculated basis that. Also, you get to refresh your artworks for free at regular intervals (depending on the type of artwork and the tenure chosen).

What’s the minimum and maximum duration for which I can subscribe to a product?

The minimum tenure on offer is 1 year while the maximum is 3 years.

My tenure is about to be over. What next?

p p

If you want to continue using the service, just let us know 15 calendar days prior to the end of subscription and we’ll help you set up a new one with the tenure of your choice. However, we reserve the right to deny renewal of subscription on any product subscribed. We do not offer extensions to existing subscriptions nor any carry forward of unused Switches. In case you decide to end the subscription, we’ll coordinate with you and arrange for a pick-up of the subscribed product.

What if I want to return the subscribed product before the end of my chosen tenure?

In case you decide to close the subscription before the end of the chosen tenure, you will have to inform us 15 calendar days prior to the closure date chosen by you. In this case, the difference between the actual tenure subscription amount and the initial tenure subscription amount will have to be paid. Some additional charges may be levied depending on the duration of your actual subscription period (see below).

Within 3 months: 3 months’ rental + Cancellation Fee of Rs. 500
3 months to 1 year: (1 year tenure rate - Chosen tenure rate) * Months of usage + Refundable Deposit

What happens in case I’m shifting places?

p p

In case you’re shifting to a new destination, please intimate us about your new address well in advance so that we can update the same in our database and also arrange for relocation of the subscribed products. You can avail of one free relocation anywhere in India within the subscription period. Do feel free to contact us in case of any specific relocation queries.

My subscribed product has been damaged. What do I do?

In case of any damage, loss or theft of subscribed product/s regardless of cause or fault, you will inform us of the same at the earliest. Upon inspecting the nature of damage, we will exercise sole discretion to determine the charges to be levied on you. In case of minor damages, the chargeable amount will be deducted from your refundable deposit.

I love the product I’ve subscribed to. Can I buy it out?

Of course you can! Now you can convert your subscription into a purchase from your Accounts Section. Simply raise a ‘Buy’ request against your subscription and we’ll help you make it yours at an adjusted price.

What kind of KYC requirements do you have?

p p

For successful completion of a subscription, you’ll have to furnish a copy of your ID Proof and Address Proof.

Accepted ID Proof documents (any one):

Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID Card

If your Delivery Address doesn’t match the one in your submitted ID Proof, you’ll also need to furnish one of the following:

Latest Phone Bill, Latest Electricity Bill, Latest Bank Statement, Rental Agreement

Note: For certain products, you’ll also need to submit a copy of your PAN Card. In such cases, the same will be mentioned in the Product Page of the said products.

You can upload these documents once you’ve initiated your subscription by paying the refundable deposit. Your subscription process will be incomplete till you provide all the necessary KYC documents. In case we don’t receive them within seven days of payment of Refundable Deposit then we’ll consider your Subscription cancelled and initiate Refund of your Refundable Deposit.

How exactly does this ‘Free Switch’ work?

Based on your chosen product and tenure, you earn the chance to refresh your subscribed artwork for free at regular intervals. For a detailed explanation of how it works, check out our Switch Policy.

I’ve accumulated a couple of switches in my Switch Bank. Can I use them whenever I want?

Yes, you can use them anytime within your tenure. However, please note that there needs to be a gap of at least 30 calendar days between two Switches.

Delivery and Pick-up

Where all do you deliver?

How long does it usually take for you to deliver an order?

Ideally, we strive to deliver every product within 14 calendar days of completion of the subscription process. In case of any unforeseen delays, we/our logistics partner will keep you updated.

What are the delivery charges like?

p p

There are no delivery charges.

I missed out on my scheduled delivery. What do I do now?

p p

In the event of you missing out on a scheduled delivery, our representatives will get in touch with you to discuss rescheduling and any additional charges applicable therein.

Does the pick-up happen exactly on the day my tenure ends? What if I’m unavailable on that day?

Not a problem. We’ll be coordinating with you prior to the end of your tenure to arrive at a mutually convenient date and time for the pick-up.

Returns and Refund

Can I return the product that has been delivered to me?

p p

You can return the product delivered only if you happen to receive it in a damaged condition. In case you happen to receive a damaged product upon delivery, you have a 24-hour window to raise a ticket under the ‘Support’ section of your user dashboard along with photos of the damaged product. Upon assessing your case, we will try to ship you a replacement as soon as possible. Your Subscription Period will begin only when you receive the replacement product.

What is the refundable deposit meant for in case of subscriptions?

The refundable deposit is the amount you pay to initiate the subscription process. Provided the subscribed product is in perfect condition when your subscription ends, the deposit will be refunded in full. In case there is minor damage, the damage amount will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining amount refunded.

Can I cancel my order at any point? What happens to the refundable deposit then?

You can cancel your order at any point prior to the delivery of the product. In case you cancel your order before it is shipped, the refundable deposit will be returned in full within 10 working days. In case you cancel your order after it is shipped but before it is delivered, you will have to bear the two-way shipping charges which will be deducted from your refundable deposit and the balance returned within 10 working days.

My product has already been picked up post the end of my tenure. By when can I expect my refundable deposit back?

Your refundable deposit (post Quality Check and damage assessment at our end) will be credited back via NEFT/RTGS within 10 working days. The final amount will be credited back to the same account/Card from which the payment was made.

Payment and Billing

How does your billing cycle work?

p p

The billing or payment cycle is the first of every month by default. In case you want to change it to a quarterly or a half-yearly cycle (which come with discounts for bulk payment) you can do so while completing your subscription process or from the user dashboard later.

Monthly cycle:

The first bill you receive will be on the first day of the second month. It will include the subscription amount applicable for that month as well as the pro-rated amount for the previous/first month (from the day you receive the product/s at your premises till the last day of that month).
The last bill you receive will be on the first day of the penultimate month. It will include the subscription amount applicable for the penultimate month as well as the pro-rated amount for the number of days left in the last month.
e.g. Let’s say your subscription period for a Tenure of 1 year starts on January 3, 2018. The first bill you receive will be on February 1, 2018. It will be for the month of February, 2018 plus 29 days of January, 2018. The last bill that you receive will be on December 1, 2018. It will be for the month of December, 2018 and 2 days of January, 2019.

Quarterly and Half-yearly cycle:

For Quarterly and Half-yearly cycles, the billing modality is similar to the monthly cycle. Just two additional things to keep in mind:

In case you want to switch to a Quarterly or Half-yearly cycle mid-tenure, you can do so only if you have at least those many months left in your tenure.

In case of a Quarterly cycle, if the duration left in your tenure is more than 3 months but less than 4 months, you’ll be served a consolidated invoice which will include the amount payable for 3 months as well as the pro-rated amount for the number of days left in the 4th month. In case the duration left is more than 1 month but less than 3 months, then you’ll be served a separate pro-rated invoice for the duration left. The same principle applies for a Half-yearly cycle as well.

Is there any penalty in case there is a delay in payment?

If you fail to pay the Subscription Charges by the 10th of that month then a Late Fee of Rs. 250 will be levied per subscribed product.

Can I pay for my subscription in bulk rather than monthly?

p p

You have the option of choosing a quarterly or half-yearly payment cycle when subscribing to a product. In case you haven’t, you can always change your billing cycle from the user dashboard.

I have an existing subscription. I’m planning to subscribe to another product as well. Does that mean I’ll have to deal with two different invoices and payments every month?

No. In case of multiple subscriptions, we will club them and serve you just one invoice every month.

What modes of payment can be used to pay for the subscriptions?

You can use Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, E-wallets and UPI to pay for your subscriptions.

Is your entire inventory now available for purchase as well?

Yes! Now you can buy outright the artworks listed on our site. And in case you want to start off with a subscription and convert it later into a purchase, you can do that as well. Simply raise a ‘Buy’ request against your subscription in the ‘Accounts Section’ ’and we’ll help you make it yours at an adjusted price.

I need to make some tweaks in the order I just placed. What to do?

I’m planning to place a bulk order. Any chance of a special discount?

Yes you can! Head to your Accounts Section and click the ‘Buy’ button against the subscription that you want to convert into a purchase. We’ll ensure that you get the best deal on it possible basis your tenure, subscription duration and Switch usage.

Shipping

Where all do you deliver in India?

We deliver all over India. In case you don’t see your area pincode in the dropdown while adding your address, drop us a mail at [email protected] and we will get back to you with best possible alternatives.

Do you ship internationally too?

Yes we do!

International shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

How long does it usually take for you to deliver an order?

We try our best to deliver every order within 10-12 business days. Incase there is unforeseen delay then we or our courier partner will be reaching out to you.

What are the delivery charges like?

Shipping is free for deliveries inside India.

For international orders, we try our best to come up with shipping options that are economical, fast and secure. Once you enter your address during checkout, we will be getting back to you with the best possible delivery options and the charges involved.

Please note that International shipping charges do not include any applicable import duties or taxes that may be due upon entry into the destination country. All such duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Return and Refund

No cancellation requests will be entertained beyond this window. Please note that there will be a 5% deduction in case of a refund due to cancellation as a result of payment gateway charges.

I’m an artist but my work is not really something that can be framed. Can we still work together?

Of course we can! If you look at the kind of work we’ve done, it also includes murals, installations, sculptures, art-based events and limited-edition merchandise. So yes, we are open to all kinds of things. You can either keep a track on what we are up to on Instagram or just drop us a mail at [email protected]. We’ll definitely get back to you once the right collaboration opportunity arises.

Installation Tips

Try and avoid moist walls and direct sunlight. Also, do keep factors like height and viewing distance in mind when finalising a space.

In case of an A5 or a small square frame, you can either suspend it by a nail or rest it on a flat surface using the detachable stand taped to the back.

In case of A3 or medium square frames, you can either suspend them using two nails or just go with one nail and make use of the nylon wire at the back.

Though some prefer using double-sided tapes to install their frames, we do not advise it, especially for places with humid conditions. Slippage, peeling off of paint as well as damaging of artworks are likely possibilities.

Maintenance Tips

Gently wipe with a soft dry cloth or brush with a feather duster from time to time to get rid of dust.

Wipe carefully with a mildly damp cloth once a month to keep accumulating stains at bay. Try not wiping too close to the edge of the frames in order to prevent moisture from seeping in and affecting the prints.
