About The Artist
Farheen Fatima is a photographer and visual artist. Fascinated by images and how the world is represented through the eyes of others, she became drawn to photography at an early age. As she started making portraits of friends and acquaintances, she fell in love with portraiture as a practice. Dreamy, atmospheric and carrying a sense of mystery, her works are a testament to her desire for observing and extracting beauty from everything she trains her lens on. Apart from India, Farheen’s work has been exhibited in Spain, USA and Hong Kong. She has also been published in numerous platforms like Vogue Italia Photovogue, The Design Collective, VSCO Selects and Getty Images Reportage among others. Farheen holds two Masters degrees in History and History of Visual Arts from Panjab University, Chandigarh. She is currently working as an independent fashion and portrait photographer.
